I praise God for lifting that tornado so that our community (mobile homes) only suffered a few ripped roof tops and several uprooted trees! We heard the roar of it and our ears popped. Thought the windows were going to shatter with the pressure, but our home survived without damage. There was plenty of pieces of other people's homes in our yard though. I gathered up the last of the shingles and over a foot square pieces of metal that littered our yard, along with many branches... but our house only suffered a lambasting of leaves and insulation across the front. Seriously, it looks like a hoard of kids covered the front of our home with spitballs!!
Several in the surrounding area lost their homes though, so please keep the people who suffered the brunt of this tornado, and the straightline winds in other nearby areas of the Twin Cities, in your prayers.
