I'll admit my bias as a Calvinist / Reformed / Baptist that this kind of thing doesn't even register on my radar of what we do in our church.
I personally don't find this a good advertisement for the Gospel especially during the time of the Resurrection.
I am certainly all for jokes and I love to laugh at clever parody, but never at anything that lessens the sacrifice of Christ upon the cross for sinners. So this makes me really sad. His death and resurrection was the most powerful moment in history for fallen mankind.
You can call me lame or old fashioned but I did not like this at all, plus I am never a fan of church imitating the world stuff because we always look super cheesy.
