27. Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel

We have to remember as Christians that we represent Christ in all our actions and deeds. Even to one another. When you hear about another person, you should only hear about how their qualities reflect the Lord. When someone sees you on the street you should be exuding the Lord to such a degree that people know at a glance who you represent.
