8. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor.

Each person has a purpose when witnessing. Some till the soil, some plant the seed, some water, some weed, some reap the harvest.

In your life you may hold any one of these positions. Be careful not to try and do it all at once (unless the Lord leads ) You have the purpose you are given and you go from there.
