Suggestions for my newer PC, again, again...

core i7 is triple channel not quad so for best perforamance it's best to buy them in tirples. YOu aren't going to hurt anything running 4 sitcks or two sticks jsut take a hit in memory performance.

as far as going over 4 gigs in a 32 bit os yes you can take up to 15-15% memperformance hit when you go over that 4 gig due to APE kicking in. I would wait for windows 7 and go with 64 bit. I run 64 bit vista right now as with the exception of a few older programs i hardly sued anymore it's been fine.
 
Well, ordered the CPU, Motherboard, "Special Deal" Ram and PSU.

I can wait on the video card, seeing how my current video card is using 123MB of 256MB. :(

And also my Nvidia 7900GS is still good on the requirements for Street Fighter 4 and Fallout 3.

As for the GTX 275, I can get it later, or try to to get the GTX 285/295/300.
