One nice thing about owning the PC version of Street Fighter IV is playing around with stuff the modding community has created.
I read this article on GameSetWatch blog about some character skins created for Street Fighter IV. There is a bad word in the title of the embedded YouTube video, but other than that everything seems fine.
The article then links to a thread at the shoryuken.com forums that has directions and download links to even more character skins.
Personally, I think the Harley Quinn, Mr. T, and Gandhi skins look really well done and just seem to fit well on their respective characters.
Oh yeah, the custom skins will only show up locally. If you play online, your opponent will not see them.
