Stonemaul Server to be Closed?? New Home for Redeemed?

Hello my brothers and sisters in Christ!!

A friend of mine just brought this to my attention. I searched our forums and couldn't find anything on it. Does anyone know if this is actually still going to happen or not? If i understand correctly, the Stonemaul server (1 among 4 servers) will soon cease to exist as a WOW Server? Seems Blizzard will use it for other purposes, looks like WotLK related.

If this is true, I would want to make sure I move w/ my Redeemed family :D

Negatory. That applies to the Stonemaul EU server. Not the US one.
 
Right. Even though Stonemaul-EU was officially an English server, it was actually populated primarily by Russian-speakers. When they opened up proper Russian servers, most of the population moved, and what was left was too small to survive.

Thanks for the clarification everyone!! I didn't know that WoW had separate server clusters(?) for the different regions, i just thought everyone was on the same set of servers! I didn't recall seeing them say they were Europe servers!

I moved from a RP server (Venture Co.) and it was too much DRAMA. Seriously.
