This freaking peice of trash is a rip-off dlc from Ark. And it not even finished yet. What a lame way of doing things for a studio game
 
While it's a rather out of the blue post for a new user he appears correct. Coincidentally watched a video on Atlas recently and yeah there are parts of the game you can actually access the Ark menu from because the buttons are invisible but still there. The theory is it was originally slated to be DLC for Ark but then it would have been free to season pass holders. So they re-skinned it as a new game, with a new full price tag and shoved it out in a repeatedly delayed launch. Steam reviews are not currently kind to it.
