As some of you now know, I was elevated to the position of interim guild leader last night.
I thank the officers for this opportunity to serve God and Redeemed.
Last night we took another step in the growth of our guild. We appoint several new officers to provide more leadership and direction for Redeemed.
We have an outstanding group of men and women. One of the best guild starts I have ever been a part of. We have a very high level of spiritual maturity and gaming ability. I could not be more excited for the future of Redeemed.
I wanted to take a quick moment and let you know the direction we hope to be headed for the next month.
First, we, as on officer group, will establish an official vision and direction for the guild. The pre launch officers wanted to wait and see who made up Redeemed and then allow the people to set the priorities and needs of the guild. We are there now and the discussions on an officer level have begun.
By setting the vision and direction we will be establishing a calendar of events for the guild. We hope to have multiple activities (non-mandatory) through out the week. They will include RvR and social activities.
Our vision and purpose will also begin to inform new alliances as we take our place as one of the premier guilds on Red Eye Mountain. We will strive to identify and connect with like minded guilds as well as become and established Christian presence on the server. It is my person desire to see us be a practical presence of both salt and light to our realm.
It is a exciting time to be Redeemed in WAR.
I hope you agree. i also ask that you pray for our guild and its leaders. It is never an easy thing to be an officer in a Christian Guild. There are many stresses and attacks that come with the position. Please remember this and pray for us, I also ask you do all you can to make it a joy for them to serve you.
