STANDBY EP IMPORTANT INFO!

in order for you to receive your standby ep, you must:

a) Send "wl add" in a whisper to whoever is handling the wait list

b) be available for a call into the raid at anytime. you have a 5 MINUTE window to do so. failure to respond in a timely manner will cause you to forfeit your standby EP.

c) If you are going to log off, whisper whoever is handling the waitlist and ask for your EP as it will be awarded to you at that time.

If you are on until the raid is over...everyone still on the wait list should receive their standby EP after the end of the raid.

IF you are in another guild raid that does not award EP. you will not receive standby EP as you should be getting gear from said raid. If/when that raid ends and you want to get back on the waitlist for standby...send another wl add to get back on and your timer will start from then.

Standby EP start at 10 up front for being on time and 5 EP every hour thereafter.

Current EP awards for boss kills is 35 EP with a 10% decay at the end of each raid week (monday night).
 
this system is still subject to change as the "perfect fit" is being molded to meet our needs and desires of our raiders
 
Is there anywhere that we can see our current EP-GP, or is that something only accessible to RL and officers? I'm just curious.

As Samboe said its in the in-game roster posted under "officer notes" which can now be seen by everyone. Please let an officer know if anything is there besides your epgp numbers so we can remove it. when something else is typed there, the epgp numbers don't get posted.
