For anyone familiar with StackOverflow (or ServerFault) for finding answers and discussing tips on programming and server management, they have created a similiar site for games. The "stack" community is interesting in that it adds the dynamic of badges and achievements for community participation. Anyways, I've been an avid user of StackOverflow and thought this was pretty cool.

I'm quite often on StackOverflow, and go there first to get answers to my programming questions
