I can definitely sympathize with that. I'll be going home twice all summer and even that is more than I can really afford. When gas is $50+ for there and back trips get expensive in a hurry.
 
We are definitely paying too much for gas.

/single-handedly turns this into a hate the government thread!
 
You guys think you have it bad. My wife filled up yesterday for $1.54 a liter that is over $6 a gallon! Ahhh. So glad we brought a very small car.

The news here says $2 a liter or $8 a gallon is on the cards.
