The Spirit Healer is a priest with high amounts of spirit and +healing. While this does compromise her mana pool, it also profits with massive heals and quick regeneration, allowing her to heal less often for longer.
This list consists of two lists: The first list contains gear that can be gathered without ever entering a twenty or forty man group. It includes 5-10man dungeon crawling, the Dungeon 2 set, and Cenaurion Circle/Argent Dawn grinder rewards. The second list consists of gear that is within the grasp of the aSGA raiders at this time. It includes all 6 World Bosses, and any raids up to Blackwing Lair.

Spirit Healer (PreSGA)
Head: Crown of Caer Darrow (Reward from the Raj the Summoner Quest)
Neck: The All-Seeing Eye of Zuldazar (ZG, the Reputation Necklace)
Shoulders: Mantle of the Scarlet Crusade (The Cannon Boss in Strat Live)
Back: Butcher's Apron (LBRS, from an Ogre Boss)
Chest: Embrace of the Wind Serpent --- These are the best Spirit Healer robes in the game. Unfortunately, they are also a 1 in 769 drop from the Avatar of Hakkar in Sunken Temple. For a much, much more attainable goal, try the Robes of the Exalted, which drop from Baron Rivendare.
Waist: Virtuous Belt (Dungeon 2 upgrade of the Devout Belt)
Legs: Wolfshear Leggings (LBRS, from one of the Wolf bosses)
Feet: Soot Encrusted Footwear (BRD)
Wrist: Bracers of Hope (Epic Reward from the Argent Dawn)
Hands: Hands of the Exalted Herald (From a rare spawn "Panzor the Invincible" in BRD)
Ring 1: The Postmaster's Seal (From the Postmaster event in Strat Live)
Ring 2: Band of Mending (From bosses summoned for the Dungeon 2 upgrade quest, in Stratholme somewhere)
Alternatively, for rings, you can where two Emerald Flame Rings, but they drop off of the Prince in the Library in Dire Maul West -- and you can only fight him if your party has the quest to make the Thunderfury, I think.
Trinket 1: Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas (From the Book, Holy Balogna, what the Light won't tell you. Allanonmule may in fact have a copy on hand.)
Trinket 2: Briarwood Reed (UBRS, from Jed Runewatcher. I believe you've seen this drop before, you may even have it.)
Weapon: Redemption (Drops from the same Cannon Dude in Strat Live!)
Wand: Ritssyn's Wand of Bad Mojo (From Baron Rivendare in Strat Dead)

Feet: Boots of Pure Thought (BWL, they are a random, but common enough, drop)

Hands: Gloves of Rapid Evolution (BWL, off of Razorgore as well. Once again, easy)
Ring 1: Pure Elementium Band (BWL, off of Nefarion. Not so easy.)
Ring 2: Seal of the Archmagus (Molten Core, off of Baron Geddon.)
Trinket 1: Neltharion's Tear (BWL, off of Nefarion. Again.)

Weapon: Will of Arlokk (A fairly rare drop off of Arlokk, the Panther Boss, in Zul'Gurrub. But well worth it)
