Now, it seems to me that all of you, Lion especially, can do nothing but spout ad hominems in hope of discrediting Leo without actually responding to anythjing he has said logically, or with evidence to validate your own claims. I suggest you all calm down - I have never before seen everyone here so ruffled!!!!! Then again, Leo has that effect.
 
yeah well I tend to get a little angry being called a prick and for someone to take pride in suicides because they are protestant.  This is the kind of mentality we get associated with.  We have nothing to do with the crusades, inquisition or burning of witches, it's that kind of radical mentality that puts the church before God and his commandments.  For example I don't like abortion (as contraceptive) but I in no way will back up the minister who killed a doctor in a clinic.

I don't care how a person gets into heaven, doesn't matter to me their faith, as long as they get there!  this guy is of the mentality that if we're not catholic we don't deserve to live.

what the hell are you talking about, lion? you don't know me at all....you think i "quit" because it got too tough? how was it too tough? my life was perfectly fine! my Christianity did not effect my social life at all, i was not facing any horrible temptations or anything when i decided to "drop" christianity, and my reasons were soley intellectual....don't tell me to shove it and then attack me....you don't know me, never did, never will.....don't you *ever* make personal attacks on me again in such a manner

now that I have a second let me clear a few things up.
Peter was not more important than any of the other Apostles, the Bible tells us often that they lived togethor and were EQUAL in ALL things and shared possesions.

Jesus only hated hypocrites.  He loved the Jews, the Samaritans and all the other gentiles.  And Karma has nothing to do with any of the Abrahamic religions.  To talk of karma in conjunction with them is just slightly inane.  It's akin to talking about a Colt, during a discussion about swords.  

Now, saying that Christians should become Jewish, throws out a big portion of the Bible (that area saying that we are all equal in Christ, that circumcision isn't necessary for salvation etc..)  No, the only requirement for Salvation (and to become a Christian) is to accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour.

Whethor or not Leo is real, is Aldepit, or the proverbial fly on the wall is irrelevant. What is relevant is that he is putting bad information concerning the Bible (and Christian doctrines, esp. of the protestant variety) out there, rather than attacking each other, we should be DISCUSSING what he's saying and whether or not it's a truly valid viewpoint of Christianity and Christian doctrine, and if it's Biblically sound or not.
 
Cory, you don't go down that road, buddy. Plus, I seriously don't wanna keep hurling insults, because I have a funny feeling that if insults continue between BOTH parties, only ONE party runs a true risk of being banned (cough cough).
