First, my apologies, I completely forgot to post this last night.
Second, thank you to everyone who posted a design. I had each officer nominate their 3 favorite designs and then had to end up making an executive decision anyway to break a tie among so many of the designs.
So, at long last, your 3 finalists are (listed in order of design posting date in the proposals thread):

STC95's Crown of Thorns design - as posted
Rho's Trinity design - as posted
Again, thanks to everyone who submitted a design and congratulations to the 3 finalists. We have a finalist prize of 2 lockpicks and a gold Hero's insight XP scroll for each finalist.
For the winner, I have a Sundering (20/20) Vabbian Longbow of Marksmanship (+19%) with a 15^50 inscription.
Finally, to the members of our allied guilds that visit this forum, although you are always welcome to visit and participate, please do not vote in the poll as it is intended only for members of SoE/SOE. Thank you for your cooperation.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, one more thing. I set the poll to close in 9 days (should be about 11:30 on 12/31). I will plan to change the capes for both SoE and SOE some time on New Year's Day.
