Silly idea for HA: Air Spike Redux

Here's the plan, as I see it:

(3) Steady Stance warriors with shocking weapons
(3) Iron Mist/Air Spike Eles, switch Gale for Iron Mist, Air 16, Energy Storage 11 (10+ rune), Earth 9 (8+rune)
(2) heal monks, standard SoE build + a condition removal skill to remove blind

The idea is to have three separate teams of one ele and one warrior. The Ele throws Iron Mist on the target as the warrior begins the Steady Cycle. Ele proceeds to blast target into oblivion. Ideally, we can put a serious hurt on three enemies at once while the monks keep everyone healed and remove conditions.
 
I dunno, with only one ele spike in a group that might not deal out enough damage, unless the groups operated against the same target but still functioned apart from each other (like positioned at different points on the map)

EDIT: I checked out guildwiki and the Iron Mist thing would help it alot, I'd be willing to do that once I get Invoke Lightning
