Shopping for a socket 775 heatsink

These are the two top contenders at the moment:

Rosewill RCX-ZAIO-92 92mm Sleeve Bearing Fan CPU Cooler ($18)

Rosewill RCX-Z300 92mm Ball CPU Cooler ($16)

I'm interested in "mild" overclocking (since I've read the Intel E5200 handles overclocking quite nicely), but nothing extreme.

Any thoughts or other suggestions?

The Rosewill RCX-ZAIO-92 92mm Sleeve Bearing Fan CPU Cooler has better heat resistance.

Hoping to decide between these two tonight. Planning to take measurements on my motherboard in the next few minutes to see if the larger cooler is eligible.

I'd get the larger, ZAIO cooler. It looks like it would fit.

Just don't let it ground your motherboard out.
