Yes, I just got done testing them. You can download the .vpks below, though I will point out that the author says that you should own L4D1 for these as they are reworks of the first game.

The authors also say that you need to have installed L4D2 Add-on Support and Authoring Tools to get these to work. I had to install the add-on support or I got the big purple walls and large red "ERROR" signs everywhere, but the add-on support being installed fixed all that. They are not perfect matches, like background noise and when you run up to windows they are black til you get close, but hey you all wanted to run No Mercy on L4D2 so now we can.
Just copy the .vpks to the addon folder in the Left4dead2 folder and when you are selecting campaigns go down to addons and it will bring up options just pick one and click OK.
