I was kicked whilst *ha new word* changing map to cs_italy at 10:48AM PST. It says:

Reliable Channel overflowed. If you want a condump, ask.
 
You are the first to report that problem. Let me know if it continues otherwise I am just going to chalk it up as a blip.
 
aparently when map changed zD's Alex got kicked off i believe due to the same problem. That happened around today 12:00 eastern time.
