What do you all think? Could the President and Staff Manager of a Christian gaming group qualify as gaming "journalists" (quotes intended)?
 
start a game magazine, be the editor, make me a journalist then send me out there. I'll get all the info you need. :D
 
hmm... Start a blog about games you have played? Get some people here to write in it too :P That's how I would do it. Or get a big game journalist company to become affiliates :P

You'd have a better chance disguising yourself as a Gordan Freeman actor for the Valve booth. Elihu could sneak in as E3's entertainment and sing the Portal song to introduce Portal 2.

They SHOULD invite you. Not a lot of white space in my book between a journalist with an audience (who gets paid for it), a blogger with an audience (who does it for fun and/or marginal ad revenue), or an online community creator with a sufficiently large following. You're not #1 or #2 but are definitely #3.

Now if we can convince the people who run E3 of the same...

EDIT: Would be nice to convince Blizzard, too, so we could get early beta access. :D

I've posted direct feed gameplay videos to my personal/hobby site. I wonder if that would count?

You could send Colbi. He has a journalism degree and writes on GosuGamers. He has gotten to cover Blizzcon several times as well.

Erm, so do I. It just...hadn't come up yet. ^^;;

Well, technically, my degree is in Communication, but only because the college I attended didn't have a specific Journalism and Mass Communication degree. My focus was on journalism. My plans to enter into a career in journalism after college just...didn't pan out.

Might as well. Maybe between leading the Christian Gamers Alliance and Tribe of Judah and writing the occasional article on games on my hobby site, it would be enough to gain admission.
