Sure, you shot yourselves in the foot by pulling US support for the Saturn far too early (thus digging an early grave for the Dreamcast).

And there were the "werehog" levels in Sonic Unleashed.

And then you refuse to take a stance on SOPA.

But you also gave us Sonic Colors (or Colours, depending on the region) and Generations, the Yakuza franchise, and, in response to a customer support blunder this hilarious video.

(And despite not getting the <3 it deserved, the Dreamcast was (and still is) awesome.)

EDIT: And yes, I know different departments of the company are responsible for different products and services. I'm trying not to over-think it.

Published games of SEGA are going well; Renegade Ops, Alien Vs. Predator, Total war: Shogun, etc.

I wasn't mourning the Saturn. I was mourning the premature "death" of the Dreamcast on the American retail market, which was caused largely by Sega's poor business decisions regarding the Saturn.
