Scrolling combat text mod

where on earth can I get my hands on it? I have tried to download it through the link I found here on the forums, but it's now un-usable due to the latest patch, so if I could get a link to a working version of it that dosn't require me to pay a monthly fee for a subscription that would be really helpful.

I haven't had an issue with SCT since the patch last week or the one this week.

Don't forget to enable the mods through the ADDON button on the character selection screen. You may have to tell the program to load out of date addons.
