Screen Shots

I heard that screen shots are saved in one of the folders in my Valv directory. I tried looking but could not find it. Anyone have any suggestions on this?

ps it was just my score, which was unbelievable, hence the screen shot, but if it's gone, it's gone.

Its listed as a BMP File and their names are saved as what map you previously played.

Thank you Corp. One question, what if there are no BMP files in there? Could they be any place else?

Or, you may not have the right Image program, like I'm using IrfanView.

Thank you Corp. One question, what if there are no BMP files in there?

Your install of Half-Life might dump screenshots as .TGA or .JPG files.

And I believe you can set CS to take snapshots of the scoreboard at the end of the game.

I dunno, I hardly take ss but when I do, I use F5 like corp said, its standard and it works....you can also use Print Screen SysRQ buton up by scroll lock but Im not sure if it saves it to Steam folder (im sure it does but never tried it)
