Ephesians 4:4-7

4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Being different is not the same as being divisive, nor an indicator that one doesn't belong, particularly if following God was what led to being somewhere in the first place. The Lord has many callings and many ways to equip His people for such, and often a lot more can be accomplished through harmony than homogeneity.
