There is a misconception about this achievement. It is believed to be gotten by avoiding the flame walls. IT IS NOT. You have to avoid the fireballs that spawn the fire elemental adds to get the achievement. The achievement is personal, that is, it is possible for only one person in the raid to get it. Avoiding the walls makes it easier on the healers.
