Due to the expansion of Capital cities and some towns, guilds are now permitted to buy a headquarter within a capital city or a town. However it does not come cheaply. Your guild flag of similar design to your tabard will be displayed over the building.

Honestly.... I am not sure about this post 
I think a lot of it sounds like ppl have hashed all the "suggestions" forum posts that were met with ANY support together and called it the next expansion. I'm just not sure that some of this makes sense like the Neutral starting position (at least for the races already in WoW)...
On the other hand, I simply say, take it with a grain of salt and see what comes of BLizzcon.
