A man was to be sentenced, and the judge told him, "You may make a statement. If it is true, I'll sentence you to four years in prison. If it is false, I'll sentence you to six years in prison." After the man made his statement, the judge decided to let him go free. What did the man say?

Post the answer here? or PM you?

EDIT:
OK...can't wait any more.....

He said, "You'll sentence me to six years in prison."

The criminal said "You'll sentance me to six years" thusly putting the judge into flawed, or circular logic conundrum. If the judge says its true, he'd have to sentance the man to 4 years. But in doing so, he's making the convicts statement false and thus should sentance the man to 6 years. In doing so, he's admitting the statement was indeed true and should sentance him to 4 years. Instead of dealing with this conundrum, he let the man go, in the end, it was his only choice.

Flawed \ Circular logic riddles FTW!!!
