Leaning towards Sunday or monday nite around 5p west coast time. I need some feedback on which one.

Does it matter. Lets say 50% of the people can make it to Sunday and the other 50% on monday?
I guess you have a choice then - Do both days or pick one and say I'm sorry you couldn't make the day I choose to those couldn't make it. Now it doesn't really matter who says what day, or if more people will show up on a sunday over a monday. Because some people will be left out, always.
Pick the day you are comfortable with doing, have the GMOTD changed to reflect the day you picked and then advertise it when you are on:
/g Don't forget, Bible study on Sunday at 5:00pm server time at the Westfall Garrison, hope to see you there.
And if you get any flak, just respond with a "I'm sorry you can't make it this week, maybe you can for the next time I plan to do this."
People will make the effort to be there regardless of the day. Maybe the first one only 5, then the next 10, then the next 8, then the next 22.
