I can do spell penetration to cloak, 2 greater planar, 6 arcane dust, 2 primal mana.. gives 20 spell penetration to cloak.

Just recently got:

http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=25081 +15 fire resist to cloak
Kinda been on a resist kick lately ;-). These are useful for certain heroic encounters.
I can do a lot of the standard enchants as well.

15 resiliance was a random green drop in Kara. It wasn't BOE - it actually dropped in Adam's pack & he wouldn't let the other 2 enchanters roll
