Raid Ready Officer (RRO).
I'm hearing during the vent meeting that raiding can be divisive because those who are not raid ready need to be helped to be raid ready. This is an opportunity. There sounds like there is a gap that needs to be bridged.
I feel leadership could nominate 1, 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 people to help those who are needing to be raid ready. This sounds like a need to be filled after the new leadership is established.
My two cents on the 3rd biggest need of the guild. 1st being God. 2nd being new leadership formed. 3rd being this role filled.
