ok, so I have the port and address right but it keeps saying: "Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection. " What does that mean, and how do I get around it?

Double check you have the address as:
Cgalliance.org
and the port as:
64738
That should be all you need.

Still having issues connecting. But now the error says "Connection Rejected: Wrong certificate or password for existing user"

I accepted the certificate, and I have no password...

The above linked thread is the one you should be using, however, I will respond here.

I deleted your current account from the server. You are trying to use the same name, yet a different certificate of a previously registered account. It should work now.
