Questable Netherdrake?

Has anyone read or heard how to obtain this? In the patch notes, it just says continuable from the Consortium (I think that's what I read anyway), but it doesn't really say where, or how, or what the requirements are. Does anyone know, or have a link by chance?

What that guide doesn't state though is how to get your faction w/netherwing to Neutral. It only states that the quest must be done. Do you by chance know what/where the quest(s) is to do so?

There is a blood elf that wanders the Netherdrake fields in Shadowmoon Valley that gives you a quest called "Kindness", where you feed the Netherdrakes flying overhead. From there the quest line continues until you free the Netherdrake leader's wife from Zuluhed the Wacked. Once you complete the 5 man group quest to free her, you should be neutral, as that final quest gives you 42k rep or thereabouts

Ahh, I haven't ventured into SMV w/my new mage. I think I'll wait a while before starting the quest line. Thank you very much for that info.

Oh, and you have to be 70 to start the "Kindness" quest
