Pulling out troops?

Should we pull out of Iraq?

Also I would add that when we declared our "War on Terror" we declared it on the orginizations as well as the countries that supported them. (One of the reasons we declared war on Iraq... Saddam allegedly gave alleged money to the alleged families of suicide bombers.

Doesn't the US already have many enemies around the world? After all, the opposition does hate and fear the US.

Isn't Michael Moore's documentaries true? Did the US really supply the opposing countries, weapons and money; for their own wars?

I over-did it, however, they do "target" with usages of smart bombs, as its been heard and seen a few weeks back, that the US military killed an important terrorist leader.

Actually, no ... I'm not saying that anyone shouldn't discuss and defend their opinion. And I didn't state my opinion at all on the scripture, as I have yet to read it (I'm at work currently). I was reacting only to the abrasive attitude.

Mainly, it is one thing to disagree with someone, and another thing to talk down to them because you disagree with them. I just get a bit annoyed when I see Christians arguing over who reads the bible better, rather than just talking things over. I've found that Christians who boast of their own enlightment and how often they are right, tend to have their focus in the wrong place. I much perfer to learn from someone who thinks of himself as a lowly, undeserving servant.

We're all brothers and sisters here. There is no reason to get snippy, whether you are right or not.

Ahem.

Disagreeing with your interpretation of the word of God, and your potential (I'm not stating my own opinion here) misapplication of prophecy to current events is far different than working against the bible as a whole. Perhaps the scripture refers to some previous historical event.

I'm not arguing the point so much as the overly confident tone you stated it with.
Snippy am I ,well then forgive me for Talking down to anyone and excuse me but I was not arguing over who reads the bible correctly. I'm sorry if I bother you but I think what you just said is a little exadurated.
Pm if you want to speak to anymore on this please. Thanks

I was just about to suggest the same thing.

PM'ing that is. :) The topic has changed a bit here.

Perhaps tomorrow.

Yes we did supply weapons now listening to Michael Moore is dangerous. He fabricats a lot of things ala Farenhight 911 . He miss quotes/ takes out of context people for his own gain and to make people believe things that are not entirely true. He has now been sued for his work but he has made so much money from it all not really gonna matter much to him.

I believe we should have gone and we should be there till we are done. I also agree that it should have been done right the first time but Bush SR was under so much pressure to get out of their that if he had any hope of getting re-elected he had to pull out. As well all know he lost. We had support from the rest of the world but not here at home from the Democrats mainly. This is all sounding really familiar.

We still have troops in Germany?!
We literally have troops all over the world. We have many allies that allow us to operate bases in their country. Here's just a few: England, Germany, Kosovo, Japan, South Korea, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq, Cuba, a few places in Indonesia, Africa, South America and many more...

Common sense tells me that Michael Moore is an idiot and I shouldn't listen to him.

I'm with ya Tech.

Definetly a hot subject. Im thinking that God has us over there for a reason. The area is being set-up for the end time prophecies to be played out. Now whether you agree with that or not, Im not here to argue that. Throughout history God has used nations to judge other nations. He used the Babalonians to judge the Israelites, I could make a list, but it would be long. Have you heard about the MASSIVE embassy that is being built in Baghdad? I would have to say that this embassy without a doubt will be used as a base of operations for the future anti-christ. BTW the embassy is a mere 4 acres smaller than Vatican City.

As far as reading and understanding the Bible goes, and interpretting one way or another, we really need to help each other out and try and explain our ways of thinking. The one thing that the church has too many of is preachers. We need more teachers and less preachers. The last thing Jesus told us to do before ascending is go and make disciples. Well its hard to make disciples unless you teach them what you know, preaching can only go so far. There is a jewish saying that goes back I dont know how far.
"May you be covered in the dust of your rabbi."
Jesus is our rabbi, and if Im following Him closely enough, im going to be covered in His dust as He walks down the road of life.

He fabricats a lot of things ala Farenhight 911 .

Actually, I watched and saw, Bowling for Columbine. I am extremely interested about truths and facts, like that High School incident, I'm curious to why the Police did not respond quickly and why the SWAT team did not take action towards that crisis. Shows a footage that the kids with semi-auto weapons just standing and walking around in the cafeteria, and to see a squad of SWAT teams outside the high school, waiting...

And during that time, the US happen to of bombed a "communist", europian country. It showed the US was more interested about the High School incident than the bombing of the "communist" europian country.

To be living in America and to have all of these problems, hatred and falsely accusations, it makes me wonder how do you manage to survive without your belief to your Savior.

You keep agreeing to and with your God, but I'm curious to know, what happens if you weren't Christians in the first place, would you of ended up like the teenagers in that High School incident, or something worse, I honestly don't know.

I think the only reason America is still alive, is because they believe in God.

As would many of you, since, unfortunately for me, 85% members (My guess-estimate) of CGA forums, alliances, etc, are Americans.

Now, to be relative to this forums primary question, since I'm neither an American and Christian, I'm sticking with my first post on this thread:

"One thing for certain, if the Americans do win the war, there will be heavy casualties."
