prauer request

Oooh, keep forgetting to update this...sorry.

The arm is doing fairly well, all things considered. The pins are pretty uncomfortable, but I'm feeling no pain from the break.

I'll have to have the cast on longer than originally predicted - the surgeon decided to go on vacation the week I can get it off.

I've had prayer for the arm (here and at church), and I trust that God has had is hand in healing it. What's funny is I can't verify, since this pesky cast is one. I'm having to resist the urge to just them take the cast off to prove it. :)

I want my arm back.

glad to hear your doing well, i know how frustrating it can be immobilized like that, i personally cant be held still for more then 30 minutes before i go insain :P

my step-dad just found out today that his hands will have to be infused (no not for mursaat) for the rest of his life. he has until his hands hurt to much to handle before there frozen...:(

Update:
Got the pins pulled out this morning. The doctor said the bone healed up perfectly.

The only downside is that he wants me in a cast for 2 more weeks, then a removable brace, then physical therapy. :P

At least this cast is smaller, and I don't have to deal with pins any more.

They didn't say how long for physical therapy. Definitely need it, though...my arm's all soft and flabby now. :P

Hopefully I'll be able to get back into martial arts soon after the physical therapy - that'll help a lot.

Glad to see everything is going good. will keep praying.

casts are fun, they make wonderful blunt weapons

Reminds me of the time my friend broke his foot and used his cruches to hit me with then i took them from him and laughed at him while he hobbled around after that got in trouble from the ROTC teacher and then i posted the meaningless story on a forum and made it all one sectence. :o
