Hey y'all, I'm a WoW refugee, with an expired registration, and a desire never to pay to feel bored ever again.

Sooo.... how's the GW scene lately? How's the pvp action? How's the community? Do y'all know each other?
Any east-coast players?
Tryin to get a sense of how the game and the community is shaping out these days.

A: we are all over the place, do all kind of stuff, so the scene pwns , B: pvp, we aint really good but we're gettin there. C: we all know each other pretty well, theres generally dredd, halonic, krug, or myself on TS most times and sometimes vibro comes on, etc. i would say altogether we try n stay tight-nit. east coast players im not sure.... i know kidan is

I do believe there is a large Number of East coast players I know Pastori is from Florida so he is EST as well. There is about 50 active members right now and adding more ever week!!

I'm considering it. Especially if i can talk my fellow nerd-friends into GW. If I do buy it, probably won't do it till the start of next year. -Mulling it over.

I have been told it is not as good as WoW but it is different it is a little smaller world wise the game is really built around PvP. I have a lot of fun with it!!!

Im Florida central, on holidays i have no life and play 12+ hours a day. On school days i will play if i have all my homework done, sometimes ill get on and chat.

GW varies from other mmorpgs by offering pvp in a team format, where team coordination and stratagy is the most important factor, the main factor being build and not lvl
