Poor quest rewards for Hunters, Rogues, Druids?

Is it me, or does Blizzard not like to offer leather armor rewards for completing quests? I've completed several quests where all reward choices are of no use to a Hunter.

Is it just my paranoia, or does Blizzard just not like us?

To tell the truth i think almost every class can have almost a full set of blue armor by level 19.

Theres a blue chest piece that drops off of Van Cleef (The Defias Armor, my rogue has it.). Theres the blue chest piece for killing Van Cleef (Somthing of Westfall). Theres Cloak of the Brotherhood off VC. Few good things from BFD and RFK. They are out there you just have to look for them. And keep in mind that some Green armor is as good or better than some Blue armor is.
