And if he wants to run around with this phlegm causing condition, more power to him!

It actually refers to a disease or condition from inhaling microscopic silica particles which inflame the lungs. A word that actually covers this is "silicosis." So now instead of calling jokitaylor "Pneuma," we can just call him"Silly." That should help those of us like Goodwone and myself.
