This is to all the americans on the server, it doesn't matter who u vote for just remember to vote. I'm canadian but U.S. forign policies affect everyone in the world so I'll be keping an eye on the election.

Please keep this topic neutral, don't post for or against any candidate. Just remember to vote, there are alot of people around the world that don't have this simple right, don't let yours go to waste.

I did remember. I'm not voting on purpose.

Sorry.

Yet, what most people do not understand is that there are responsibilities that go along with voting.

Among those is informing yourself of the candidates/issues/etc that happen to be on the ballot.

If you didn't bother taking the time to learn about it, then you shouldn't be out there voting.

Agreed. Uninformed voters who vote blindly help reduce political campaigns of local elected officials to "Look how many signs I have out on the road!"

So if you haven't already pulled up your local government's web site, do it today at work, read up on the issues, and know what you're doing when you get out there and vote!

FYI NPO can not advocate on group or person over another

with that said, be informed and vote.

I voted for Russ Feingold, one of the only Senators to oppose the Patriot Act. As for local elections, I didn't go left or right, I went with the middle-of-the-road independent candidate mostly.

I commend you, even though you know he'll never be elected.

It seems that CNN.com has results map that breaks it down county and all. If you want the latest info you may want to check there.

Actually, our green party candidate (for whom I voted) for assembly has a good shot at getting office in my opinion.
