Plane Tickets

Hey everyone,

I'm flying to Washington DC on the 14th and leaving the 18th (from Detroit). Do any of you know where the best place to get cheap tickets are? I've looked at Orbitz and www.cheapair.com, but I can't find anything less than $189.

I found some for $119 with Northwest Air. I don't know what kinds of departure times you need though.

I searched with www.kayak.com.

I've never used it to buy plane tickets because I so rarely fly. But I have heard good things about it.

I have also heard that United has fairly good deals on flights. Have you tried orbitz or travelocity?

According to Consumer Reports, Priceline and Hotwire offer the best deals.

from personal experience if you call the airport that the online bookers are going to send you out from sometimes that can cut you an even better deal..
