Honestly...I was so taken aback that we not only downed him, but one shot that I didn't even think to shoota screenie. That and the shiny loot didn't help either :p I'm sure someone somewherre has one
 
There wasn't much left of him either. At least we have guild spam acheivements as some proof.

There's supposedly a haste proc too, but I haven't gotten it yet.

I think you get those 3 based on your class.

Originally it had 6 procs I think of 600 str, 600 agi, 600 Armor pen, 1200 AP, 600 haste, and 600 crit but it became too random so they fixed it to give you the best 3 of a sorted list depending on your class.
haste and agi share the same form.(Vrykul)
Str and AP share the same form.(Taunka)
crit and ArP share the same form.(Iron Dwarf)

Incidentally that took away from the trinket from transforming you into a Wolvar, Tuskarr, and Gorloc.
