You may not sell or auction any Guild Wars accounts, characters, items, coin
or copyrighted material , nor may you assist others in doing so.

The bold part was just added to the EULA, I think this means eBay will have to stop allowing auctions but I am not sure...any thoughts?

And the new blue aura is for the henchies in CO-OP mission towns not all the towns.

There are now icons for the 15k scar pieces when they are in the inventory for you necros out there. :)

Since eBay never clicked "I Agree" to the EULA, there is nothing official that ANet can do to eBay legally. Also, eBay doesn't actually own the accounts being sold. This basically equates to a warning that accounts or items (including gold/plat) may result in a banning of some accounts. I have seen notes on some of the auctions I looked at on eBay that had a disclaimer saying "By bidding ... not an employee of ArenaNet", but I am not sure how anyone could try to enforce this.

I can't believe what a big business this selling items has become. IT'S A GAME! JUST PLAY!
