I have also seen another set of shoulders, probably from AQ40:

Many of these items are balanced gear with Str Sta Int along with a mixed set of +crit +heals +mana regen or +dam.

As I have posted before, I have Demetrius as a pure pally healer and Demetri as a pure pally dpser. Neither are a balanced build so some the balanced gear, although with higher total stats, is not as good as some items with lesser but more focussed stats.

In addition, there are some good pally items available in the new Silithus quest line called Field Duty: http://www.wowwiki.com/Field_duty - this quest line will be available along with AQ20 and AQ40 when the AQ gates open.

There are some very good pally items that drop off the templars and dukes in silithus. Do a search on thotbot for "Abyssal Plate" and you will find green hands/feet and blue legs (and blue shoulders/bracers but they are very rare of the Lords). Some of these items are "of striking" and "of restoration".
