And as a side note, if she is making applications online, a must get is a book about resumes for online submission. I think the book was called Knock Dead Resumes by Yate. There are several versions but the latest was the one I used. I had submitted a bunch of resumes online with no success, changed my resume according to this book and had three job offers within a week. The reason is because of how he tells you to lay out the resume is different than any I have seen, but it is designed for this new online submission process, some of which is automated.
