IMO.... I think you need to try some builds without Drain Life/ Fel Conc. They're really only valuable in am Affliction build and even there, there's better stuff than imp. DL. It might be nice in 1v1s, but in any kind of group PvP, drain life is a big "hey I'm squishy, and I'm standing still" sign. These are based generally off what you were trying to get, modded in a few places. IMO, suppression and life tap > imp DL everytime.

For PvP, at Lvl 60, vs another lvl 60 you have a base 96% chance to hit, with suppression you can bump this to 99% (for afflication which includes fear)
for PvE, vs lvl 63 (highest in the game at the moment), your to hit is already at 83%. That's a huge portion of your dmg that's going to be resisted, anything you can do to reduce that is important. Hence suppression.

Another IMO - NF isn't that good for PvP, the big complaints that Paladins have in PvP is their damage is too uncontrollable, NF suffers from the same problem. Shadowburn in the Destruction build and the Demonology build is better than NF IMO. I didn't configure it that way though.
