Order Must Be Restored (Raid)

I have been eying a nice shield as a reward from this quest.

as well as wanting this off my quest list, something I did not do on my other 60.
I have read a little on the quest, it sounds like you need at least 15 ppl to be safe.

Does anyone else have experience with it? Would any of you be interested in running it? We could set up a time/date here in the forums if we have enough interest.

Yeah I have the quest done and I use that shield. Get about 20 people to go and you can take him down pretty easily. I did it with The Archons and we took him down in about 30 sec with no body dying. If you get enough people who knows what they are doing its pretty easy.
