Man, you just never know when you'll make a mistake or two and then have some loser drag it onto the realm forums.
Friday night: After MC I use my wonderful gnomish transporter to warp to gadget, much to my dismay, it also warps me a few hundred feet into the air and I plumet to my death. I res and promptly log out.
Monday night: I log for the first time since friday, still weakened by that last death. I spot a 48 horde hunter and decide to mess with him, I follow him out to some ruins where he dismounts and attempt to trap me. Following some running around him and perhaps some emoting, a fight breaks out. My memory is hazy so I don't remember if he shot first or I did, but I was still weakened, had no buffs or aspects and didn't have my pet out. Much to my frustration he manages to kill me. I proceded to kill him several times in various scenarios over the next hour or so. I thought little of the incident.
Today: Having almost completely forgotten about that little event, I visit the realm forums and find this. Wow, I didn't think it was that significant. Some piddling horde lowbie thinks that a little clumsiness on my end gives him the right to drag my name through the mud. Needless to say, he won't be getting any mercy from me if I should happen to encounter him again.
Moral of the story: Don't let some lowbie get the better of you 'cus it seems to make them loud and cocky.
Incidentally, I have no intention of posting in the above thread unless it gets out of hand, better to let his ego deflate as his thread vanishes into the internet. Thusly, please do not post there for now.
