Thanks Young. I guess I should clarify, I am not a member of ToJ, even though I do serve as the mediator. I was chosen because I am not a member of ToJ and can serve in a neutral capacity.

To be fair to everyone, I should also mention that yes, HCS is my husband. I will add that his actions on these forums are his own. I have disagreed with some of his actions, I have agreed with others, but then that is how things are will all staff members.

I have also added to the Sanctification forums that if anyone has a problem with the administration of the forums, those concerns should be addressed as well. As I think about, it is really a secondary issue outside of the Redeemed/Sanctification issue

Thank you for your offer. I would prefer for this to be on a neutral server and one that can record the conversations for the sake of accountability. But, we will figure that out in a bit. My next request is as follows:

Please PM me a list (bullet points preferred) of the offenses. Out of respect for both guilds, I would like to ask that these lists remain off of public lists. This is to collect a comprehensive list of all pending issues, without a collaborative effort on the part of either guild. I want to hear what each party has to say. Please reference any ToS or charter violation. In addition, if you feel that WOW rules have been broken, please note them as well.

This same post is being posted in both guilds. I hope to receive some well thought and comprehensive PM's.

BIG HUG TO EVERYONE!!!

I have to start off with a big hug to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE! Sometimes reading all of this stuff makes me feel so very, very old.

Thank you Gen for taking this on. Like others, I came in after the first issues happened just as the split into 2 guilds started. I really do not know fully the hurt feelings and wrongs which humans are quite capable of doing to eachother, but I do know that we are all called to meet the challenges in our lives with God in our hearts and attempt to work them out. ( I was also not around during the Thanksgiving incident and do not know anything about that either)

Not to trivialize any of this, as all feelings in this matter are valid and hopefully we will bring more Shalom back into our lives. However, when I know that all of you will be having things happen to you; health issues, family issues, school, work, life, death and many, many other things, my wish is that people will realize that as much as this hurts now, it can and will be resolved. This is relatively small compared to the death of a spouse, a parent or other life shattering moments so the last thing any of you need is a game to make things worse for you. I am sure I am not the only one who lives in physical pain every day of their life and this game is a release for me. There are others who live in pain in other ways.

I loved what Baddwin said above. If I had my way, I'd snag every one of you and bring you back under one roof, as you all have so much to offer. If that isn't possible, I sure hope we are all able to continue to play together, as I have met many wonderful people here.

Gen...your request that people send a list of issues to you is a great one. I will not be able to contribute to the list as I have no grievances to anyone or thoughts on the matter as I can't delve into the minds involved to know the issues. I would put my heartfelt plea to everyone submitting and discussing to try very very hard to leave feelings out and focus on the actual grievances. That is so very hard after such a long time, especially when some of us love to let feelings fester and bloom into larger wounds.

You are all in my prayers. I TRULY LOVE YOU ALL INCLUDING SANCTIFICATION!!! There is so much talent among you all, everyone with a different strength, but with all our strengths we deal with our weaknesses too.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Regrettably, it looks like Sanctification is not comfortable with me as an impartial moderator because of afore mentioned issues. It is a shame that things are ending in this manner because I truly believe that a lot of good could have come from a productive discussion. At this point though it is immaterial. As I told Sanctification, I will have to make some decisions and recommendations based on the information I have received. When the time comes, it will be posted on both forums.
