What ever happened to the buildings and items from the old server. The one that was up when I first started playing and built my giant house/tower/shop thingy.

There were four worlds in the past; Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Advent.
If you could describe the area in which you lived and what the spawn looked like, I might be able to tell you which world it was and what happened to it.
I can tell you right away though that most of those worlds are long gone now, the only thing left is Gamma and Advent.
If this is what you were thinking, then I think the answer I can give [it may or may not be true, catakou/abea or bascom could answer better I believe] is that the major issue with bringing things over is that all the items in boxes would flood the Minecraft economy and that it would be troublesome to bring one building at a time (and placing it somewhere) into a different server.

To me it sounds as though you are implying the question, "Why hasn't any of the buildings been transferred to this new world?"

Slush came into Advent.

It was gamma and in the snowy spawn area where you start.

The up to date version of gamma wasn't salvaged or saved at all. that was the version with your house to the right of the town that had the clock tower, with your house on the ice.
The only backup that was left was the old one from 08, 25. In that one you had a small shack on the hill with two locked double chests, one filled with cobble and the other with some better loot like diamonds and lapis.

Since this has been brought up... is there a time frame that you're looking to have this done in? Like a specific day or week or month or something? I'm just being curious is all. I've been waiting to have Nielf Adventure Co. back in multi-player for a while now xD (I have the schematic file saved and everything. I use it in every single-player world I have.)
