Ok I cant wait for GW:EN - need help with decision.

For my brother-in-law, they gave him a Home Depot gift card, because it's his favorite store.

And at one shower my Sunday School class threw, everyone chipped in to get a Game Stop card (I think) for the dad-to-be. It wasn't a couple's shower, either. So imagine his surprise when he finished unloading the stuff from her car, and she presented him with HIS gift. :D

That's so cool! I'm glad to hear some people out there are doing something like that. Usually the mom and dad don't receive presents (they just get stuff for the baby), but one of my nurses in the hospital (postpartum) told me that in Ghana, where she is from, they always give gifts to the mom. I think I'm going to remember the dads from now on.
