OH YEAH! 15k Armour

After the last GvG round I became painfully aware that my "shock" warrior was energy deficient with my Drok's Platemail. Using a hammer I had 20 energy. Gale costs 10 and Aftershock the other 10. After DP I could not cast both consecutively anymore.

I bit the bullet and remedied that today. I got the 15K Gladiator armor from Marhan's Grotto complete with the Ascalon Helm for damage reduction (my energy went from 20 to 27).

I was able to salvage all of my runes except one. Sure enough I lost my Superior Absorption (got 3 leather squares instead). Ended up costing me about 130k for armor and rune plus about a million iron ingots and half a million tanned hides.

I had gotten used to the old Drok's Platemail.....had it a looong time. Guess it was time to do something because I looked the faction armors over really well and I intend to just stick with what I have now.

I have 15k Armor on my Ranger :0) love it!! And nice to See Halonic finally Buy some nice armor!!
 
I just got the 15k platemail cuirass for my main guy. haha.
that alone cost me alot.

that's right, my armor is a smorgasbord of many armors; some gladiator, some platemail, some knights...

The least I've had at one time since about 4 weeks into the game is 20k. Remembr folks, it takes money to make money.

Why do I keep that at a minimum in storage? Well, since you asked, if I see someone in trade channel say "WTS Rago's Flame Staff 15k", I like to have the ability to grab it and then resell it for a quick profit.

Most ive had in bank is what i have now. :D
Thinking bout buying 15k armor but still questioning it. I have 15k chest and helm but nothing else.
